We specialise in jams, preserves, pickles and sauces, all carefully hand produced in our own kitchens.
They are made in small batches so that we can carefully control the quality of our products and lavish the care and attention we believe these products deserve

We are passionate about quality and taste. The taste of old fashioned good food, therefore our jams do not rely on pectin enhancers and other additives. Our jams are made as they should be the fruit, sugar and a little lemon juice where necessary. We go to great lengths to ensure the quality of our ingredients is first class, much of the soft fruit that goes into our jams and preserves is grown on the famous Gower Peninsula, an area of stunning natural beauty and home to some of the most fantastic soft fruit growers you can find.
We travel the length and breadth of Wales seeking out suppliers who are as passionate as we are about quality so that we can deliver the true taste of Wales to you our customers.
We also recognise that our customers have a taste for more exotic flavours and here we again seek out suppliers of the best quality products so that we can ensure we provide you the customer with the best eating experience possible.
So who are we?
Jenny and Steve Welsh. We came to Wales some years ago and fell in love with the place. We liked its way of life, its relaxed old fashioned feel and the way people still supported the local butcher and baker. They also want the best quality from their produce and we started to introduce our jams and preserves to neighbours and friends. Our passion for cooking and food has lead us to start producing quality preserves and jams. Many of them are only available in season; we will not buy poor quality fruits in order to supply a year round demand, our reputation for quality is much more important to us and our customers. Thus you will not find our Mincemeat on sale year round, only as we lead up to Christmas, it's the way we like it, and from what our customers say they like it that way to.
We pride ourselves that the best preserves, jams and pickles that money can buy are made with loving care by the Welshy's in Wales.
